I just love a good direct mailer that surprises and delights the target market. Living in a world that is digital, physical marketing pieces always make a big splash. For the launch of Acrobat 9 we sent out two fun DMs. One was chocolate covered coffee beans to represent the boost of productivity the software provides. The second was Adobe nine branded chocolates that revealed a fun tidbit about Acrobat 9 underneath. Forrest said it best, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get."
