Dreamforce isn’t just any run-of-the-mill conference. It’s the highlight of the year for many who utilize the CRM. Plus, it’s the largest software conference in the world. Held yearly in San Francisco, the headquarters of Salesforce, thousands of Trailblazers (the Salesforce community of customers, partners, and employees) descend on various venues in the Bay Area. As part of the creative team, we begin preparing for this event six months before it happens. It’s a crazy time and a lot of late nights, but always well worth it in the end. Two of my favorite Dreamforce experiences I worked on were for Financial Services and Success Cloud.
